    More than a couple reasons: 1 - Where is Hagoromo's brother? 2 - Why did Kaguya wanted to create an army? 3 - Kaguya never really felt like a final villain or evil at all 4 - That last panel of chapter 790 5 - Hagoromo has the power to eliminate the edo kages and take them out of the picture...
