I'm pretty sure Hagoromo is the final villain

More than a couple reasons:

1 - Where is Hagoromo's brother?
2 - Why did Kaguya wanted to create an army?
3 - Kaguya never really felt like a final villain or evil at all
4 - That last panel of chapter 790
5 - Hagoromo has the power to eliminate the edo kages and take them out of the picture right now
6 - Where is Spiral Zetsu?
7 - Again...where is Hagoromo's brother?
8 - Would the perfect twist and maybe the best villain...the guy that people always talked about as a true God turns out to be the final villain.
9 - Why didn't he fought against his mother earlier and waited for Sasuke and Naruto to basically beat her to show up?
10 - I still don't feel any conviction that Kaguya was in fact evil in any way.
11 - Maybe the brothers betray their mother for power?
12 - Maybe Hagoromo killed or sealed his brother after?
13 - Maybe Hagoromo sacrificed his sons and wants to do the same with Sasuke and Naruto?
14 - His brother had the byakugan and uzumaki blood....that to me screams "the good guy"

There still a lot of questions that need to be answered about that family in general.

A guy that grants immortality seems intersting to me. Maybe hamura is jashin. That would be awesome (in my opinion).
That would also fit: Hagoromo was the founder of a religion (ninshuu) and hamura is the founder a religion (jashinism)

To have them beat his mother that he probably couldn't by himself? after all he supposedly sealed her along his brother.

indeed chakra & tailed beast could be a good reason. but still he is the strongest entity without them also.
but lets hope we get to see a good villain finally.

basically he was the progenitor of infinite tsukuyomi, maybe he suggested it to kaguya.
then everything else was a ploy to get himself alive again and remove the only woman powerful enough to stand in his way
