Should have been super simple for him to do. Kamui each, bring it back, seal it, rinse and repeat. Instead, he had two-bit lackeys go and search for them, taking forever in doing so.

I know it might have been just a way to slowly introduce him, but from a character standpoint what was Obito's goal by doing this? Why did he wait until Sasori died to join the ranks of Akatsuki? Why did he act goofy, and not in his tough Madara tone? Was there a point to any of it?

This is the ultimate irony of Naruto. Obito is right. Peace can never be achieved, as peace over time decays. Any sort of "peace" forged between people will slowly decay over time- How is this any different than an illusion? At least with Obito's Illusion, peace is true and lasting...

In a no-knowledge fight, Kakashi can solo just about everybody in the Narutoverse. Kamui is near unavoidable at this point. The few who can counter it (Minato, Obito, Ay) give Kakashi an even match regardless.

I think this should be obvious. Hebi Sasuke can beat Tsunade, Mei, Tobirama and Hiruzen by feats alone, and arguably the 2nd Mizukage. Hebi Sasuke managed to defeat Deidara, easily a Kage level opponent. I don't see how he can just be labeled as a high level Jonin.
