You won't get an award for playing one game. You will get the award if you play 10 games or something. It will take effort and time to dedicate if you want to meet the requirements of the award.

The way the mafia game works a best player award won't work well. A participation award is much better because if a player plays the game then the game should count towards a medal.

I have seen a few forums do that and thier online lists look clean. What makes an online list look messy is sparkles and animated usernames. If it is just a simple font colour it won't look messy. I think having three colours obtained through rankings would be nice.

Then what about the Discord? It is messy there also.
