Naruto would use a Clone, and when Kakashi Kaumi's the real one, Naruto's clone uses Reverse Summoning. Which will re-summon Naruto... and as long as Naruto has a clone, he'll always come back. I also think Jiraiya can do this too. The Sage could definitely do this.
