How will this world be different with Dragonballs?

You'd have to travel the globe to find all 7.
You might get one, but someone halfway across the globe might have the other.

Maybe someone might not want to tell anyone that they have a Dragonball. Who knows?
It'd be THAT much harder to collect them.
