More like it isn't the EXACT story. For the most part it can be the same, but they may add things to be more entertaining that isn't quite in the manga. They do plenty of this in fights in the anime.

As we all know, the Tailed beasts have been sealed in people for generations and their Jinchuuriki's can use their powers in different forms depending on the relationship with the TB. Now my question is: Can you do this with just anyone's soul? We have seen with Minato and Kushina in Naruto...
