He'll die either next chapter or the one after. Madara is forcing him to use Rinne Tensei, a move that Obito already admitted he would have to throw away his life in order to use.

No it hasn't changed any. Obito still has Kamui, mokuton, and 6 jin paths he didn't use. Kakashi still gets tired easy after 3 or 4 Kamuis so he's still top 15-25.

I don't think there is a Namikaze clan. Kinda like how there's not a Hatake clan, a Lee clan, a Guy clan etc.
