Green Bull seems to imply that the third admiral will wear green. And his powers will be of powerful short lived attacks. Maybe a Bull DF or simply fighting like Garp are possibilities. Depends on the TBB i'd say if Shukaku fired a TBB which was charged for one second it would be equal in power to Kirin but anything more like a regular TBB from Shukaku stomps Kirin
