Super Beast Emanation Buddha is the jutsu he used, its pretty much just means that the 1000 hands overpowered the Multi PS Susanoo blade/TBB volley by punching rapidly.

He didn't see through the Genjutsu, he just located the Genjutsu caster. As the Genjutsu creates mirages, and hides the caster, it does not distort the subjects perception in a way that the subject is restricted from harming the caster (though the caster is extremely well hidden) .
