Well if he learned how, it should be possible, the thing is Ororchimaru took all of his chakra back from kabuto, so kabuto may be missing a key component to be able to do it.

Well think of it this way, Tsunade can only hit that hard by compressing her chakra in her hand and releasing it at the point of contact. Naruto however in sage mode, is just that strong. So I would say that naruto is Stronger. There is probably more power in Tsunade's punch, but I don't think...
