Isn't S/T supposed to be his M/S technique? As Tobi we've seen him use it alot with his base sharingan, and if Obito can use that move with a base sharingan shouldn't Kakashi be able to also?

Like how the SO6P created ninjutsu , do you guys think there are others who created genjutsu, taijutsu, kinjutsu etc I think it would be cool if kishi made another arc where orochimaru try to learn more about these other ninjas with a little action in it, or if some new powers are discovered...
