Tobi, before he got revealed as Obito. being the mastermind and the one manipulating madara would have suited him much better imo, now he's just a pawn sadly.

Orochimaru, Jiraiya,Pain, Itachi, and Kisame are really interesting because of their ideals, perceptions and way of looking at things as well. I think Tobirama would be a very interesting character if we knew about him too
