it really doesn't make much of a difference if you remember Tobirama sneak attacked Madara just like Sasuke did Madara wasn't looking at Tobirama mostly

it wasn't 1v1 it was Naruto, Sasuke, Tobirama, and Minato, and Hiruzen

dodging is nice and all but drawing blood is the point of a fight Tobirama did nothing to Madara
