Yeah I'm saying it ain't gonna apply in that way :| like after your med pills wear off and it costs like extra +15/30 to chakra afterwards, that doesn't buff it being sealed. It's them just having to exert extra chakra.

The first one wouldn't be a buff. It'll just be them using extra chakra from strain. For example when ppl use too many med pills, they need to use more chakra each technique due to the drawbacks but those don't work in conjunction with techs that need more chakra. Not sure if I explained that...
