No...he can't copy it using the sharingan..since rasengan does not have any hand seals to copy..the most he could benefit from the sharingan is to be able to see the chakra while he is attempting to collect it in his hand for the rasengan..

Naruo did not use clones to master the rasengan..

How fast do you think Sasuke would have mastered the Rasengan (at the same conditions as Naruto i.e same age,time ,teacher etc..) ?

I think it could because orochimaru was planning to capture a tailed beast and probably had studies up jinchuurikies..the guy knew about nearly everything...he's like a library..as for Hiruzen case ..i will say that hiruzen should not be underestimated old or not..

When naruto got in TBM he became really really fast ,that too without space time ninjutsu..so Minato who was already the fastest gets this great speed too in TBM and already posses his FTG,body flicker and fast reflexes ..so doesn't that make him unbeatable in speed ?
