Once her seal is active, it's active until the chakra runs out. She's been stabbed through the lungs and they regenerated without any damage remaining. The only real question is if she would have enough chakra to do so. I think it's possible, just one guy's opinion though.

Sasori seems to do quite alright without his. Theoretically if chakra is stored in her seal, then the seal should help recreate her body from her head.
