To use Susano'o, you need to have the preconditions of being able to use both Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. So, theoretically speaking.. Since Sasuke has Susano'o, it's implied he has Tsukuyomi. Although, he hasn't mastered it yet. He can't alter the perception of time, only visual surroundings.

I need some avatars put together in a slideshow. Avatars I need, Ughh. I don't know. Do something that looks nice, don't make it too fast. Perhaps 3 or so seconds per picture? Maybe 4? >.< +rep to all who attempt. Obviously.
