I'd say, throughout the series people sometimes just "know things" like when people watch them, follow them etc. even without sensory feats or dojutsu. It's probably ninja intuition thing, and it happens with clones, too, sometimes.

Well, sometimes fillers contradict the manga, even if it is in subtle ways it still bothers me. So I consider them all pseudo-canon, even when I find myself liking them/agreeing with them/thinking they make sense. It would be unfair to consider some of them canon and some pseudo-canon, right?
