The artist was supervising the start of the anime so he didn't have enough time to draw a full chapter last month. Ten pages is a small number, but at least we'll get the anime in July. Though, that's only last month, we'll be getting a normal chapter this month.

lol, nah. There is a bit of fanservice (not much), but fanservice is the least notable thing in that manga. The more perverted people might actually give it any attention, but other than them I doubt you'll even think of the fanservice while reading it.
