Idk why people still think Hidan is alive... Hidan stated he had to keep performing the ritual to maintain immortality. Therefore lack of rituals = no immortality. Hidan is dead. I believe Kishi said in an interview he was slowly dying from lack of nutrients, but I have not seen it for myself.
