I have an internet connection with 3 MBps speed. When its fixed limit is over, its speed falls down to 153 kbps. When its speed falls down, it works perfect at night (9.800 kbps) but in the daytime, its speed falls down sometimes. Can someone knows what causes this and how to solve this?

Why did naruto put Flying Thunder God Kunai in his mouth? After he put the kunai in the mouth his outfit changed. After madara hit naruto with his attack the kunai fell down and nothing happened.
