Hagoromo purposely put the markings on their dominant hands and they obviously can transmit some form of power through them. I think this was purposely done to enhance their Rasengan/Chidori as they'll be able to infuse them with the energy, what do you guys think? Edit: Also just came to me...

Yes Sasuke obviously has pure intentions as well or Hagoromo wouldn't have given him power.

Minato is a dumb***. I know it's just for the sake of story, but seriously if Minato would've just used SM from the start he'd probably still have two arms. Kishi is gimping him hard in these chapters.

One does not simply grow their arms back after that though, it's the Omnomnomnomyoudon.

Minato can't do Rasengan barrage with no arms, and Kishi won't waste time on shippings.
