It is confirmed from manga that sasuke's can sprint in a high speed within a range of 200 meters with his eye power, I don't know what's special in it, even 6th gate lee can do it in a wider range and there is no doubt about it... i think so6p trolled with sasuke by giving him a fodder eye...
