Kakashi comfortably beats Lee and Gai 1v1 in Taijutsu. It's actually shown in the Manga that Kakashi has fought against Gai multiple times. And it's stated in the Kakashi Novel that Kakashi beat Lee at Taijutsu without Sharingan. Lee and Gai are good, but aren't as good as you guys think...
