I think we all know that's what's going to happen right? He already looks a lot like her, next chapter Zetsu will finish whatever he's doing on Madara and he will turn into the final Naruto villain Kaguya herself.

Now if Zetsu was Kaguya's will the whole time then why didn't he help Obito when he latched himself on his body or could it be that he was helping him the whole time and deliberately allowing Obito to control him?
