I've recently realized that there are a lot of jokes about Tobi being a "good boy". I understand these jokes, but have forgotten where this expression came from. I don't remember Tobi ever saying "I'm a good boy!" in the either the manga or the anime.... someone help me please?

As we all know, there is a lot of symbolism in the Naruto series. Now, when someone uses Mangekyoo Sharingan, their eyes bleed and overuse leads to blindness. What does this symbolize? or is it just plot?

Tobi's sharingan is too just too good to throw away. Besides, as far as we know, no rinnegan tech requires the user to have a rinnegan in both eyes. He just needs the one.

Tobi has never once showed his MS/EMS. By now, any real Uchiha would have used it in battle, as Tobi has with the rinnegan. So Tobi is either someone who does not have MS/EMS, or it is very important that he not use it. (possibly to hide his identity, but I'm not sure.)
