Minatos speed is instant. Why? Because he teleports. Teleportation is INSTANT. Their is no speed to measure as it is instant. So BM naruto who actually has to reach a speed that is measurable is slower than minato. BM naruto is not teleportation instant. You naruto fans have to know that...
