I think it's because kishi gave up on explaining the story behind the Hyuugas.

As much as i agree with this in the real world, i dont think it always applies in NarutoVerse as it has already been stated (by Madara) that Tsunades base strength is greater than the 3rd Raikages who is obviously much bigger than her.

Excellent prediction! I actually enjoyed reading this more than some of the actual chapters of the Manga. let's hope Kishi makes the next chapter as action packed as you have predicted.
