I don't think you can seal Juubi with Fúinjutsu. Rikudou Sennin sealed Juubi before he knew any jutsus. So it's probably about life force that seals Juubi. EDIT: Because you know... Senju/Uzumakis have the best Life force (Rikudou Sennin) So that would make sense when it comes to sealing Juubi...

Perhaps you can't stack DNA:s? As well if you stack tons of different DNA:s your body will automatic start building something else, perhaps your body becomes a elephant rofl xd
