i don't see the connection between the title of the latest episode "the third power" and what i read in it. what is referred to here as the third power? because a title of an episode is what that episode is all about, right?

Could it be that tobi was an edo tensei created by tobirama? probably tobirama's first and/or experimental edo tensei? tobi could be someone close to madara, probably izuna? that's why tobi could not be killed, and his body parts could grow again?
