in what chapter can i read about uchiha setzuna?

i remember reading a theory about tobi being setsuna but i want to read in manga and watch in anime about setsuna. pls help me what chapter can i read about setsuna and in what episode of the anime.

There is no where in the manga/anime where it says that tobi is izuna/zetsu its just a theory of some people.
