what did itachi mean when he said "discounting senju hashirama's chakra" in activating shisui's mangekyo?

now, as how i understood this, shisui's mangekyo given to naruto by itachi could not be activated until after 10 years time. but does this also mean that if naruto has senju hashirama's chakra, he could possibly activate it again even if it not yet 10 years? that if, by chance, and kishi has not revealed it yet to us readers, naruto does indeed have hashirama's chakra, he can activate that eye on sasuke when the time that itachi had predicted will probably come has arrived, as how itachi originally intended it?

the links arnt working for me, but all he meant was that senju dna allows other people to use shisui's mangekyou more frequently than the 10 year general wait period, and the power was simply the crow holding the shisui mangekyou that was set to react to itachi's eyes that sasuke would undoubtedly take for his own

If you have hashirama chakra then you would be able to use it again without waiting 10 years. An example of this was seen with Danzo. He used it during the 5 kage summit and then was able to use it again at the end of his fight with sasuke but didn't have the chance since he got killed.

Even with senju dna it wouldn't work for naruto because the eye is not implanted in naruto its in a crow which itachi destroyed

The power was not a powerup or anything,it was just the crow with shisui's eyes,which Itachi placed in naruto.And that was destroyed by itachi using ametarasu.So now Naruto does not have any of Itachi's power.
