Stupid question but if Obit and Madar plan on using the moon to reflect tsukuyomi how would it be infinite?? the moon rotates around the earth so it would not be able to affect everyone and tsukuyomi affects only those who have direct contact with. so what if no-one looks at the moon or few...

I don't think that the uchiha are evil. It is just that they have done alot of evil things that have caused a lot of pain and destruction. But the reasons behind this I think is tobiramas and some of the leaf villagers fault
