That's illogical. How could he surpass someone in a field wherein Uchiha blood/The Sharingan is required? Just because another Uchiha hasn't done it doesn't mean only Kakashi can; In fact, that wouldn't make any sense at all. If it were to be a distinct ability then surely an Uchiha would excel...

Never, if he learns to fly he'll become godmoded. Maybe Oonoki will use his jutsu to make him ultra-light and able to fly, but he won't actually, GET the ability to fly.
