Is this jutsu under-rated? It easily knocked the 9 Bijuu on their ass instantly, without breaking any sweat on Madara's behalf. So if this jutsu, cast once, can knock down all the bijuu, what can a full powered one do to a single target? Is it just a more accurately targeted Shinra tensi?

It took Naruto 3 YEARS TO LEARN WHAT HIS CHAKRA NATURE WAS, even after studying under Jiraiya. What the hell sort of training is that? What were they teaching people? Sasuke learnt Katon when he was like 8... This is why Konoha got owned by Pein. What sort of training is this.
