Sasuke almost definitely won't become Hokage, he might become sort of an advisor to Naruto or something along those lines, but Konoha and the rest of the Ninja World wouldn't accept him as Hokage

Madara was a bit too out of character, and I doubt that Sasuke will use Chidori after this huge a power-up. Also, I doubt that Madara couldn't sense him and block/dodge his attack. But nonetheless a pretty good prediction
