He would of carried out Minato's legacy, he would have been one of the greatest Hokage's ever imo. I can understand his not wanting the job, it seems stressful and hard but he would have been great.

All i can say is that it wouldn't have been favourable plot wise because Neji and Choji would be dead, Sasuke and Kakashi would probably still be in the hospital after Itachi's Tsukuyomi, Lee wouldn't be a shinobi anymore and Konoha would've got no clue about Pein's secret.

Tsunade would run the main casino and village finances therefore bankrupting Konoha in no time. Jman would then go in sage mode on a whim/our of anger but w/o Ma and Pa, turning into a stone frog and dying, Tsunade would then became 6th to atone for her sins

On a serious side, i think Jman eould solve Coup d etat differently. He was all about peace, love & understanding.

This. Tsunade gets hated on but her healing powers kept the village strength up. The characters you named and saved a lot of people almost at the cost of her own life by expending all her chakra when Pain blew up the village.
