Hi! I haven't been on here much so when it told me to go to the "Konnichi wa" section a while back, I had no idea what it meant! But I found it, so hi everyone!

This might be a dumb question, but I've been curious as to why Minato was made into the fourth Hokage when the third Hokage was still alive? Maybe I overlooked it in the manga.
