like for example FACTS Amateratsu - Is a jutsu, is made with normal chakra. Deva path(or preta forgot which one) - can absorb jutsus. Im pretty sure madara or kaguya absorbed amateratsu but before that happened, the only excuse that people came up with for why nagato didnt absorb amateratsu...
