How powerful could Haku have been? He was one of my fave characters and was a great shinobi. What if he had proper training and upbringing and wasn't with Zabuza? Easily handled Sasuke and was defeated by a transformed Naruto. Let me know your opinion.

I'm sure all of you already know this but there are ways to mod your characters level w/o OI. All you have to do is have a 4GB flashdrive [at most], Modio, and a TTG Account. There are plenty of threads about people offering services to mod and they are trustworthy.
