dunno if the 3t eye madara have is his orizinal (izuna's eye were transplanted to nagato after it turned into rinnegan ) or may be he got them from a dead uchiha it's most likely his previous ms eyes .... and one of the pair was probably used for izananmi however one thing is clear madara...
