No problem - oro could still surface if any of his other cursed seal people are still alive. But I highly doubt it since Kabuto has kind of taken over the role.

Juugo's cells were used in the creation of the cursed seal. He did not have cursed seal himself.

Suigetsu just wants to find himself some swords. Juugo wants to be with Sasuke since he can keep his rage under control (although he seems to be fine at the moment out in the middle of the wilderness).
