Who would win? Onoki has got Earth, Wind and Fire, plus Dust Mei has got Earth, Water and Fire, plus Lava and Corrosion/Boil I think a lot of people underestimate Mei, but still I'm not sure she could beat Onoki. His dust techniques are really fast and she seems to not move very much.
