I dont agree with putting konan and garra's abilities together coz they are deffinately different elements... but i do agree that your theory for how her jutsu works is the most feasable ive heard.

Again if it was a kekkei genkai it we would have to assume that it came from an element, which it obviously dosnt.

While gaara might have the skill to be able to use wind element, i have never seen him use it. Just because he was born in a region where wind element is common it dosnt mean he can do it. Just like konoha is meant to have fire as its most common chakra type, it dosnt. Not everyone can do it...

but konan had no ninja skills when she was using origami... how could she possibly be able to understand how paper jutsu works if she wasnt even a ninja then? :P

Im not saying she isnt powerful, the fact she managed to exhaust tobi that much is amazing.

Since when has the hachibi ever use lightning attacks? He is a octopus so naturally lightning attacks will hurt him if he used them.

It would be safe to assume that the bijuu can also have elements that are usually kekkei genkai's, just to make your question even more complicated :P

+ it would explain why the SO6P even bothered to give the bijuu individual names after he separated them from the juubi. n if he did that then naruto would die?

OR! maybe the SO6P's true goal was to separate the bijuu so that they can grow as individuals, so that when the day came for the juubi to be revived it would be a gentle beast and not be as likely to destroy the world. just throwing that out there :')

to be honest i think there has been to much excitement over the fact that the juubi exists to just not let it not be woken up. id be dissapointed if naruto just won the war n the juubi was forgotton about.

They are ressurected as they were at their peak, it dosnt make any difference wether they died with their eyes or not, if they were at their peak with their eyes then obviously they will have their eyes. Dont know where you guys got this idea from
