That's what it looks like with tobi's paths, they get a boost but we'll see more either next few weeks chapters.

We don't know if tobi has a ms or not because it was never shown in the manga really. I don't think he could use the 7 other bijuu's to control bee because it's not a wild tailed beast but a jinnchuiriki. As of now they only have normal sharingans.
