We can't prove that Naruto have ftg, but he have something better then ftg. Because he can travel such distance almost instant. For ftg you need some preparations and maybe your oponent could read your intentions. Narutos foot speed>ftg.

Sit at home , make clones , one could eat , second could do dirty jobs for him , third would do some fun things . And at the end of the day just release clones and every expirience could just back to him.

If he Sasuke could use genjutsu on Naruto he would use it , but truth is genjutsu don't affect Naruto . So deal with it , Madara could not cast genjutsu on Hashirama , Sasuke could not cast genjutsu on Naruto. If they could use, there is nothing that could stop them use that one shot move .
