How do you up your ranking on here...Under my avatar it says Genin. I've never noticed it before, but how would I got higher up in ranking?

I see a lot of people saying Tsunade is the best, or close to the best, kage wise. Can anyone explain why? I understand she is good at Taijutsu, and healing, but that's about it. What puts her on top?
