This is from after Sasuke solo'd: Naruto, Sakura, Sai, & Yamato Orochimaru tells Sasuke not to use it but before that Sasuke was quite comfortable he could kill the 4 of them with it. I'm sure Kirin would not have been quite as powerful of course but he clearly was able to kill the lot of them

Or I'd guess Jiraya's sage mode is more powerful, but Sasuke's ability to fly and use his wings as a very study defensive shield is also very useful so i'm torn between the two
