Naruto - Likely becomes Hokage. Sasuke - Anbu Leader, Possible Hokage. (less likely than Naruto) Sakura - Jonin. Becomes a medical ninja even better than Tsunade. Sai - Possible Anbu Leader, if not an elite Anbu. Lee - Special Jonin of taijutsu. Tenten - Special Jonin of ninja tools. Shikamaru...

Shikamaru is immensely smarter.
